Refund policy

Online Return Policy:

We want you to love your C O V E items, therefore full-priced merchandise ordered online can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Full refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. Orders paid for using split payment between C O V E gift cards and bank cards will be returned to the gift card first, and any remaining balance will be returned to the bank card used.

Not eligible for return or exchange: all sale items listed in our Sale category, underwear/intimates and sale items purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount. These items are FINAL SALE.

Items purchased at a discount as part of HOLIDAY PROMOS, BLACK FRIDAY, BLACK FRIDAY EARLY ACCESS, CYBER MONDAY, and any FLASH SALES are eligible for Store Credit only. Your store credit is digital and never expires.

Items must be returned in original and unused condition with all C O V E tags still attached. Swimwear products must come back with tags and sanitary liner intact.

If we receive a returned item that has been damaged, worn, soiled, altered, laundered or is missing the tags then no refund will be issued. The item will be returned to you and you will be charged for the return shipment and will forfeit all claims.

If you would like us to send you a pre-paid return label, please click here to complete that process. Your return must be post-marked within our 14 day return window, otherwise your order will be sent back to you. Please note a flat rate of $8 will be deducted from your return should you choose this option. 

If you would like to return your order using your own carrier options, please email us at orders@coveclothing.com within 5 days of receiving your order to let us know what items you’re sending back. Your return must be post-marked within our 14 day return window, otherwise your order will be sent back to you.

If you would like to return your online order in-store, please bring your item/s to our store on South Congress within 14 days of receiving your order. A sales associate will be happy to process your return at the register.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please have your orders delivered to safe, reliable addresses.

In-Store Return Policy:

Online purchases and in-store return policies differ from one another. For items purchased at our South Congress Ave. store, the following policy applies:

We do not offer full refunds for in-store purchases.

Only store credit is issued for in-store purchases.

Items in original and unused conditions with all tags attached accompanied by the receipt may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted.

All sale items, swimwear and intimates are final sale.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Please be a mindful shopper.
